Rebranding TINYpulse to Limeade Listening - FAQ

Everything you and your organization needs to know about the shift from “TINYpulse” to “Limeade Listening”.

When did Limeade and TINYpulse merge? 

In 2021, TINYpulse joined forces with Limeade to collaborate in building world-class employee well-being and engagement products for organizations around the world. 

Why are you changing the name? 

We are adopting a branded house strategy for all Limeade products. This means that product names will be aligned using the Limeade brand along with a descriptor of the product—Limeade Well-being and Limeade Listening. An additional benefit for Limeade Listening is that the name more accurately reflects the full scope of the former TINYpulse product. 

Why Limeade Listening? 

All Limeade solutions (products) start with “Limeade” and since listening is at the heart of what we do at TINYpulse, it is the name that made the most sense. Not to mention due to the alliteration, it sounds great and is easy to remember.  

Is Limeade Listening still focused on employee engagement, recognition, and 1-on-1 coaching? 

Yes, we are still the same product with the same mission, goals, audience, and service, just under a new name. 

Will the platform functionality and navigation be changing? 

Rebranding to Limeade Listening will not impact the platform navigation, and all functionalities will remain the same. 

When can I expect to see changes in the platform? 

Platform rebranding will begin April 3, 2023 and go until April 10, 2023, on the Admin, Manager and Employee views. At this time, the TINYpulse brand will be retired in the product, and you will officially see the Limeade Listening brand throughout the platform. 

Is there a timeline for all the expected changes? 

Platform rebrand - Admin/Manager view: April 3 to April 10, 2023
Platform rebrand - Employee view: April 3 to April 10, 2023
Customer Success support site rebrand: April 3 to April 10, 2023
Mobile app: April/May 2023

Where will I go to login to the platform? 

We currently do not have plans to change the Limeade Listening login location. You will be able to access the Limeade Listening (formerly called TINYpulse) platform using the same login URL:

*We recommend bookmarking the login page; as changes are made to the website, the login URL will remain the same. This will help to quickly and easily login to your portal. 

How do I communicate these changes to my employees? 

An announcement will be made within the platform the week of April 3, 2023 on the Employee view level informing all users of the rebrand. We also encourage you and your team to send a memo to employees notifying them of upcoming changes. Please see our recommended email template HERE.

Do I have to update our firewall settings after the change? How long do I have to make this update? 

Currently, we do not have plans to update the TINYpulse email and notification domain. You will continue to receive emails/notifications from Should this change, we will communicate the update months in advance to allow your team to whitelist the new domain. 

When will I see brand changes in the mobile app? 

The mobile app will be updated in Phase 2 of the rebrand and will take place at the end of April/early May 2023. Until then, you will still be able to search “TINYpulse by Limeade” in the App store to locate and download the app. We will notify you when the app name changes to “Limeade Listening.”

What does the rebranding look like?
