If you are wondering why it is beneficial to export your Limeade Listening user list to Excel, here are a few examples to get you thinking.
Update or audit your user data
If you have been Limeade Listening for a while, you probably have a better feel for how you want to view your data now than you you did when you started. And this new knowledge might require restructuring your Segments and Attributes. Just export your current user list, update the Segments and Attributes in Excel, and we can help you implement the new solution. Do a quality check
Sometimes it is a bit easier to export your user data to Excel so that you can send it to folks for a data check, like to your HR team, who may not be TINYpulse administrators so that they can make sure that your user data in Limeade Listening aligns with your the internal information that you have on your users.
Export your user list
Exporting your current user data only takes a few seconds. Note that you must be an administrator in Limeade Listening in order to export this information.
Log in to Limeade Listening and go to the User Management page in the Settings tab.
Click on the export icon in the upper-right corner.
Select the statuses you want to export.
Head over to the Downloads page in the Share tab to download the file.
The file will now be downloaded to your computer and is also available to all other Limeade Listening Super Admins and Admins at your organization if they choose to download it from the Downloads page.
