Pulse Surveys are sent out on 10:00 am on Wednesdays for consistency, but the send time is determined by the manual time zone setting for your account. If you are an Engage Super Admin or Admin and would like to change the time that your Pulse Surveys go out, just select the time zone that works best for your company.
Go to the Company page in the Settings tab.
Click Edit in the upper right.
Select a new timezone from the drop-down list.
Click Update to finish.
Unfortunately, Limeade Listening does not allow you to adjust the day of the Pulse Survey, however, you do have a little bit of wiggle room by using an earlier or later timezone to have your Pulse go out late on Tuesday or early on Thursday.

Flexible Surveys can be sent out on any day and at any time, so if you would like to send out a survey on another day other than Wednesday, try sending out a Flexible Survey.
