Sign Up for Limeade Listening

Welcome to Limeade Listening! You are probably reading this because you have received an invitation to Limeade Listening and are wondering what to do next. The good news is, you are in the right place.

Limeade Listening is a third-party suite of tools designed to improve transparency, foster two-way communication between employees and leaders, and leads to a happier workplace. Your leaders have purchased this platform for your company and signing up grants you access to different applications like:

  • Engage: An employee-focused tool that allows you to give leaders at your company feedback by responding to surveys. Additionally, you can give anonymous Suggestions if there is something in the workplace you think can use improvement, anywhere from transparency to resources, and office layout and snacks in the break room.

  • Cheers for Peers: Spread a little sunshine by recognizing fellow employees, business partners, and more with this fun recognition tool.

  • Coach: Enter your goals, reflect on your progress week over week, keep a to-do list, and get the coaching you need from your leaders in your regular 1:1 meetings.

There are three ways to sign up for Limeade Listening: by using your G Suite or Microsoft account credentials, or by setting a unique password just for Limeade Listening. If you qualify, we recommend you sign up using your Google or Microsoft account to save you time. Advantages include not having to remember a separate Limeade Listening password, quicker sign in each time you visit Limeade Listening, and password protection from those third-party providers like periodic password resets.

If you have received an email from happiness@tinypulse.com, rest assured that it is legitimately from Limeade Listening. Just click on the button with the link in the email or respond to the survey question as pictured above to complete the signup process.

Sign up with a Google account

If your company uses G Suite, you can sign up for Limeade Listening using that account. It works right out of the box, so there's nothing that your organization needs to set up.

Just click the Sign in with Google button and go through the quick verification so we know it is you.

Limeade Listening will then pull in your name and sync your password so you do not have to enter them manually.

Please note: You must use the same G Suite account to sign up for Limeade Listening in which you received the Limeade Listening invite email (this is typically your work email address). If the email address you use to log in does not match the email address for your Limeade Listening account, you will encounter an error like this:

Sign up with a Microsoft account

If you have a work email address with Microsoft Office 365, Azure Cloud Services, Outlook, or Live, you can sign up for Limeade Listening using that password as well. It works right out of the box, so there's nothing that your organization needs to set up.

Click the Sign in with Microsoft button and go through the quick verification so we know it is you.

Limeade Listening will then pull in your name and sync your password and you will be good to go after the verification check. Skip manually entering your name and password because Limeade Listening will pull that information from your Microsoft account.

Please note:  As with the Google integration, the account you were invited to Limeade Listening with has to match your Microsoft account in order to sign up/sign in successfully (this is typically your work email address). If the email address you use to log in does not match the email address for your Limeade Listening account, you will encounter an error like this:

One more note for Microsoft -- If your company leverages any third-party SSO application (like ADFS, PingFederate, Okta, OneLogIn, etc) in addition to Microsoft Enterprise software, you will not be able to use that account to sign up with Limeade Listening. Please contact your local administrator for more information.

Set a unique Limeade Listening password

If you do not have a qualifying Google or Microsoft email address, no problem! Just enter your first and last name, and password. Click Submit and you are in!
