Auditing your account is no fun. Believe us, we know. That is why we have made viewing and updating all of your account information easy by putting it in one central location. Just go to the Company page in the Settings tab.
Get an overview of your subscription
From the Company page, select the Billing Information option to view information about your subscription. On this page, you will see all kinds of information like which plan you have subscribed to, your payment frequency, renewal date, pricing, and more.
Continuing down this page, you will find the Billing Activities section where you will see a full list of transactions with Limeade Listening. Please reach out to email@example.com if you have any questions about what you see.
Click on the Invoice button to view, download, or print a past invoice.
How to find your W-9
Do you need a W-9 form from Limeade Listening for your taxes? If you have Super Admin access to Engage, you can find it by going to the Billing Information page and clicking on the “View Invoice” button next to one of your invoices. A PDF of our W-9 is available for download in the top right-hand corner of your invoice.
Add more seats
Have you reached or are close to reaching your user limit for your account? If you would like to add more user seats, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or your Customer Success contact so that they can work with you to add more user seats to your account.
Update your credit card information
Please send us an email at email@example.com if you need to update your card and we would be happy to help.
Cancel your Limeade Listening subscription
If you decide that Limeade Listening is no longer a solution for you, we are sad to see you go and we would love to work on a way to make Limeade Listening a better experience. Please reach out to your Customer Success contact, reach out to our Support team by clicking here, or open the Help window from the Admin dashboard to reach someone from the Limeade Listening team directly to discuss further.
