Single Sign-On via the "Sign in with Google / Microsoft" Buttons (For Admins)

There are three ways to sign in to Limeade Listening:

  • Using your G Suite or Microsoft account credentials
  • Setting up an SSO (This may require additional fees - please check with your Customer Success Manager)
  • Setting a unique password just for Limeade Listening.

The advantages of using Google or Microsoft as your single sign-in options include not having to remember a separate Limeade Listening password, quicker sign in each time you visit Limeade Listening, and password protection from third-party providers like periodic password resets.

If you qualify, we recommend using your Google or Microsoft account to save you and your employees time.

The methods outlined in this document are solutions that work right out of the box and do not require any additional effort to set up.

IN THIS ARTICLE:

Sign up/in with your Google account

If your company uses G Suite, you can sign up for Limeade Listening using that account. It works right out of the box, so there's nothing that you need to set up.

Just click the Sign in with Google button and go through the quick verification so we know it is you.

Limeade Listening will then pull in your name and sync your password so you do not have to enter them manually.

Please note: You must use the same G Suite account to sign up for Limeade Listening in which you received the Limeade Listening invite email (this is typically your work email address). If the email address you use to log in does not match the email address for your Limeade Listening account, you will encounter an error like this

Sign up/in with your Microsoft account

If your organization utilizes OAuth, you can sign up for Limeade Listening using that password as well. Like with G Suite, it works right out of the box, so there's nothing that you need to set up. (If you're not sure, please check with your IT department.)

Click the Sign in with Microsoft button and go through the quick verification so we know it is you.

Limeade Listening will then pull in your name and sync your password and you will be good to go after the verification check. Skip manually entering your name and password because Limeade Listening will pull that information from your Microsoft account.

Please note:  As with the Google integration, the account you were invited to Limeade Listening with has to match your Microsoft account in order to sign up/sign in successfully (this is typically your work email address). If the email address you use to log in does not match the email address for your Limeade Listening account, you will encounter an error like this:

One more note for Microsoft -- If your company leverages any third-party SSO application (like ADFS, PingFederate, Okta, OneLogIn, etc) in addition to Microsoft Enterprise software, you will not be able to use that account to sign up with Limeade Listening. Please contact your local administrator for more information.

Set a unique Limeade Listening password

If you do not have a qualifying Google or Microsoft email address, no problem! Just enter your first and last name, and choose a password, then click Submit and you are in!

Now you will be able to access Limeade Listening at any time by going directly to https://app.tinypulse.com/ and entering your email address and password. Log in at any time to give an anonymous Suggestion, send a Cheer, or access your Coach account to update your goals or to-do lists.
