Send a Limeade Listening gift card

Everyone loves getting recognized for their work. It is actually a critical component to employee happiness and long term engagement at an organization. If you are looking to give your recognition program a little boost, the Limeade Listening gift card feature might be exactly what you are looking for. 

 

Limeade Listening gift card are Cheers that also include a monetary reward redeemable through Tango Card. You need Admin or Super Admin permission to enable the feature, deposit money into your Rewards Bank, and give permissions to Limeade Listening gift card users to send them. 


Prerequisites

 

Anyone can receive a Limeade Listening gift card, but you must satisfy these two requirements in order to send one: 

  • Belong to an organization that has enabled Limeade Listening gift card

  • Belong to a role in TINYpule Engage that allows you to send a Limeade Listening gift card

Send a Limeade Listening gift card

 

If you satisfy both of the prerequisites, you will be able to see the Include a Limeade Listening gift card option when you are sending a Cheer. If you do not see it, then you do not have access to it, so please reach out to your administrator for more information.

 

Here is the step by step process for sending a Limeade Listening gift card:

 

  1. Go to the Limeade Listening gift card web app, and navigate to the Send Cheers form in the Employee View Dashboard

  2. Enter the Cheers recipient, enter your message, and attach an optional photo or GIF as you usually would. 

  3. Click Include a Limeade Listening gift card and enter the amount you would like to send.

    • Check with your administrators to see if there is a recommended or approved amount for each Limeade Listening gift card at your organization.

    • Amounts are displayed and sent in the currency selected by your administrator.

       

  4. If your company is multi-national, you may be able to select the currency of the Limeade Listening gift card. Click the dropdown menu if it is available to adjust the currency (this first needs to be enabled by administrators). 

  5. Click Send to finish. 

 

The recipient will now get an email to notify them of the Cheer and a separate email with information about how to redeem their TINYgiftcard on the Tango Card website. A full list of Tango Card merchants can be viewed in the Tango Card Reward Catalog

 

All transactions are final

 

Please note that all Limeade Listening gift cards sent, are final. Limeade Listening gift cards sent in error cannot be canceled or revoked except in extreme cases. If you feel as though you fall into this category, reach out to our support team by clicking on this linkand we will work with Tango Card to see if there is any possibility of canceling the card.

But neither Limeade Listening nor Tango Card guarantees that funds can be returned to your rewards bank so send with caution!

Add Tango Card as a safe sender

 

Since Limeade Listening gift card are powered by Tango Card, you will want to make sure to add the email address that the gift card links are sent from as a safe sender. This will ensure that you and your users are able to receive and redeem the gift cards that are you are sent. Troubleshooting lost emails
