Auditing your account is no fun. Believe us, we know. That's why we've made viewing and updating all of your account information easy by putting it in one central location. Just go to Users and Settings by clicking the icon in the upper right of your screen and navigate to Account.
Get an overview of your subscription
From Users and Settings->Account, select the Billing Information option to view information about your subscription. On this page, you'll see all kinds of information like which plan you've subscribed to, your payment frequency, renewal date, pricing, and more.
Continuing down this page, you'll find the Billing Activities section where you'll see a full list of transactions with TINYpulse. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about what you see.
Click on the Invoice button to view, download, or print a past invoice.
Update your credit card information
View your credit card on file in Settings -> Account -> Billing Information. Please send us an email at email@example.com if you need to update your card and we'd be happy to help.
Cancel your TINYpulse subscription
While we are sad to see you go and we'd love to work on a way to make TINYpulse a better experience for you, we do make it easy and painless to cancel your subscription any time you want. Just reach out to your customer success manager, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or open the chat window from the Administrator dashboard to reach someone from the TINYpulse team directly.
