Some companies may not be able to effectively address results with a weekly TINYpulse survey, or may want to better align the responses with their internal meeting tempo. Whatever the reason may be, weekly pulsing might not be the best option for your company and you can change your frequency as you like.
At the same time, we believe that if the gap between TINYpulses is too big, then the ability to get real-time feedback and a pulse on the team can be compromised. To balance between too frequent and too infrequent, we offer the ability to receive TINYpulse surveys every week, every other week, or every four weeks.
Administrators can update the frequency by going to the Engage Dashboard -> Pulses -> Frequency Settings.
